Mpumalanga Real Estate Agents and Private Sellers offer Real Estate Agents as well as Private Sellers and Rental Agents/Property owners the opportunity to advertise Property for Sale and to Rent at reasonable rates on the Internet.

To advertise on this site, click on the "Register/Login" button above and register. After you confirmed your email, we will then send you our banking details and activate your account a.s.a.p. after the funds are available in our account.

The following rates will apply:


Estate- and Rental Agents: R1500 for one year - unlimited advertising.

Private Sellers: R500 per property to be sold. Your advertisement may run until the property is sold, provided your property is sold within one year. If your property is not sold within a year, you will have to renew your account with us at a reduced rate (to be negotiated). To advertise a privately owned property for rent, will cost you R150 - your advertisement may be on the site for four months.

Terms: 

You may upload 4 pictures per advertisement. All images to be sized no larger than 280 pixels wide. Images will automatically be scaled down from 280 to 170 pixels for display, but when clicked the larger 280 pixel image will be displayed. Images larger than 280 pixels wide will slow the site down and we don't want that.

All account holders/advertisers will be able to update/edit their placements. We will offer limited assistance to new advertisers - additional payments may apply according to our discression depending on your ability to learn.

As you can see, our "Featured" section on the left is limited to three advertisements. To have a property showcased in our Featured section will cost an additional R1000 per featured property for each month it is showcased in the featured section. The featured section will display one of your four uploaded images.
